Taylor Swift Spotted in Greece for Secret Wedding
Taylor Swift is in Greece, according to Greek public broadcaster ERT. The pop superstar traveled to Athens under strict secrecy to attend the wedding of Giorgos Karlaftis, a Greek NFL player who is a teammate of her boyfriend Travis Kelce on the Kansas City Chiefs.
The wedding reception was held at a well-known venue in the southern suburbs of Athens. Swift danced, mingled, and celebrated alongside the other guests at the event.
She was photographed wearing a blue dress with her hair up and a piece of jewelry, though getting those photos was no small feat. All guests were required to hand over their phones upon arrival, which is why only a handful of images have surfaced.
Karlaftis, 24, was born in Athens and moved to the United States to play college football at Purdue before being drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs in 2022. His connection to Kelce is what brought Swift to Greece for the occasion.
